School dinners are provided by Appleby Primary School and are brought to school each day. The cost is set currently at £2.75 a meal. For further details and menus, please see the School Business Manager. Since September 2014, the school dinner has been made available free of charge to all Key Stage 1 and Reception children.
Children choose their meals at the beginning of term. Parents and carers will be invoiced at the end of the month. Occasional meals can be booked by 12pm on the Thursday of the week before via Showbie or by emailing the office (admin@asby.cumbria.sch.uk).
Milk is available at a current cost of 50p per week. This is ordered and paid for half-termly. The children drink their milk at morning break time. If an order is to be cancelled temporarily (due to known absences) or permanently, please inform the office.
